ALAI: Resources and information services

ALAI's publications and information services include:

This website "Latin America in Movement", which focuses on socio-political process within the region from the perspective of social movements, and contributes points for reflection regarding the challenges of this epoch. It contains a new section, a document archive classified by themes, sub themes and a search engine with various search options. The site has developed with the assistance of the International Investigations Centre for Development (CIID/IDRC) (CIID/IDRC) of Canada, the Humanist Institute for Cooperation with Developing Countries (Hivos) of Holland, Development and Peace of Canada y United Hands of Spain.

Printed publication"AMERICA LATINA EN MOVIMIENTO":

Once every month, current events and thinking in Latin America. It offers a contextual reading of the events and refers to the crucial problems of the region, told by a network of correspondents with the collaboration of analysts and thinkers and with contributions from organizations and social leaders as well as the citizenry. The pages of the magazine constitute an open tribunal to the debates surrounding principal problems and contemporary problems.

"Latin America in Movement " is a vital source of information for opinion makers, social and political leaders, communicators, research centres, media, development agencies, among others.

It is distributed mainly by subscription (see details below).

The series "APORTES PARA EL DEBATE " (contributions to debate)
